Special training.- (1) In case new technology, equipment and system of work is introduced in the mine, the employer shall prepare and submit the training module, at least sixty days before such introduction, to the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator , who may at any time, by an order in writing, require such modification in the training module as may be specified therein.

(2) Persons to be employed in aforesaid technology, equipment and system of work shall undergo training as per the training scheme specified under these rules, based on the training module.
